The Castings of Bed, Table, Cross Rail and Columns are of rigid contructlon, made with addition of steel and other alloys to achieve the desired strength.

It will be of enough deep section braced by adequate number of ribs. (guideways have ample bearing surface and are accurately hand scraped to fine limits.

Table will be of box section with hand scraped guideways to bear load & wjll be of long wearing quality. Adequate number of T -Slots are provided to clamp the work securely .

The Columns will be of rigid box section keyed firmly bolted on the bed and will be capable of absorbing the heaviest possible shocks. Set pins will be provided to help refit machine accuratly after it is dismantled.

Cross Rail will be of Camel type box section heavily ribbed with large bearing surface. Separate arrangement for auto lifting of cross rail is also provided with machine.

Ram Heads are provided with Vertical and Horizontal Feeds. Rapid Trave' se is also povided.

Centralised Lubrication Unit is provided with the machine.
